There has been a lot of promotional huffing and puffing on the internet about “Harmonics” devices. You need to know what a “harmonic” is. A first harmonic, as in music is a multiple or doubling of any basic note; .If you have a radio frequency of 250 Kc, the first harmonic is a doubling or 500 Kc. A 2nd harmonic would be 750 Kc; A 3rd harmonic would be 1,000 Kc, and a fourth harmonic would be 1,250 Kc, and harmonics can be traced by science until no higher harmonics can be found, for each harmonic is weaker, so eventually no harmonic can be found For example your AC house electricity has a basic frequency of 60 cycles, so since the basic frequency is 60 cycles, the Ist harmonic frequency is 120 Cycles, the 2nd harmonic is 180 cycles, the 3rd harmonic frequency will be 240 cycles, and 60 cycle harmonics have been traced up to the 60th harmonics frequency level.
All Alternative devices are ruled by the USDA to be “experimental” unless and until “approved” in “double-blind studies”, thus illegal by the USDA standards which protects the Drug Industry and is popular to most doctors for their income. Some doctors who used the Bob Beck electronic zapper, or some copy of the famous Dr. Raymond Rife zapper devices, have had their medical licenses cancelled, and several have even gone to prison for using zappers or devices not approved by the USDA.
Are you still with me? This is important. Notice that every frequency harmonic is an exact mathematical multiple of the basic frequency. How then can any harmonics frequency become “tuned” to become an odd harmonic “mortality virus frequency” of say 537 Kc to kill germs which may have that frequency? It can’t be, they are lying. The harmonic concept is a mathematical doubling or adding to a lower basic frequency.
It is always an exact higher frequency multiple of the basic frequency which itself may be tuned, but all the jabber-jabber on websites about how they produce many harmonics is a lie. They say harmonics can be tuned to the exact harmonic “mortality” frequency they select to kill a particular bacteria or a virus by their harmonic frequency machine, for example, 573 Kc frequency harmonic to kill a particular germ, is a lot of ignorant jabbering, which spelled out is nothing more than an unsupported fraudulent claim designed to fool you!.
The controversial “Dr”.Hulda Clark, ND, has published a lot of claims about harmonics, and these claims are copied by a lot of copycats who are ignorant of the true facts. Fact number one is that despite the fancy sales talk and false claims being made by various websites, all circuits being made today are Digital, not analog, and Digital equipment does NOT produce any harmonics! There is only one very expensive process to make harmonics, and that is (like in music) where you have two or more separate tones and by beating them together create other notes called harmonics, as done by my good friend Dr. James B. Overman, N.D. in making his multi-frequency “Quad” Zapper, but even that is not a true harmonic generator, but rather is a digital multiple frequency R.F. generator. Most so called frequency machines, harmonic machines, and high frequency zappers are frauds! Dr. Thomas O’Neil, ScD, a Scientist at Geonics Inc, Toronto Canada, told me their engineers had discovered the greatest magnetic penetration of the earth was at only 980 cycles per second! (That’s AUDIO) High frequency won’t do it!
The lone exception is in California which recently passed a law legalizing some alternative methods which is why the Papimi Device is now being produced in California where the sales tax alone is over $8,000 because it sells for $59,000. It uses high voltage, Radiated magnetism, high energy and selected R.F. frequencies as discovered by the late Dr. Rife and later published by Hulda Clark (eight pages in her book "The Cure for All Diseases"). all of which were OK in 1932, but impossible today because the radio tubes, high voltage transformers and other parts used back then for analog devices are now not manufactured anywhere in the world. Some hi-voltage gadgets sold now are only high-voltage neon-sign transformers used to radiate magnetic static energy through the air~.
Even the true harmonics which were produced by Dr.Raymond Rife's Analog signal generator were good only, as true for harmonics in music, to the second harmonic level, and then are too weak to be effective. In other words, a first harmonic only has ½ the generated volume of it/ fundamental note, the second harmonic has only one-half the volume of the second harmonic, etc.
Also, any single frequency note or tone produced above 20,000 cycles per second is not only inaudible, but is too weak, for it cannot produce any electronic pulse or “spike”, and despite what the fake Oscilloscope picture that was shown on her website with the screen and trace colors reversed, claiming that it is her “competitor’s (us) wave form pulse. That not only was untrue, it in an electrical impossibility for any electric pulse current line to be broken! An electrical pulse does not stop and start that way on any oscilloscope Any electrician or electronics person can see how some person dishonestly made that website by using a black felt pen to make breaks in the white trace (as they showed) current with the background reversed to black, making the white pulse appear to start and stop which can only be faked with a black felt pen where the pulse is shown in white on a black back ground rather than the normal true Oscilloscope trace which is always black on a white back-ground.
It is impossible for electric current to stop and start as was shown; this was blatant deception. The wording and explanation also was fake, and was an ill plotted attack on “another website”, but the wording indicated us, for I had told of creating a more effective ‘square wave’ audio pulse. So Clark’s website tried to discredit us by showing a fake photo said to be a photo of our pulse as picked up and displayed on her Oscilloscope showing that the pulsed wave was broken. That, as said, is scientifically impossible and anyone in electronics would instantly spot her claim to be bogus and dishonest.
In fact it was that dishonest claim that prompted a friend of mine to create a new website entitled <TheTruthAboutHuldaClark.com> which anyone seeking truth should defiantly see; C-Net Software Download website would say “It’s a 5-Star block-buster!”
More power to the man who wrote that website! -its truth cannot be denied! See it! For many months I never retaliated against Hulda Clark’s duplicity, but recent events have caused me to decide it is time for the TRUTH to be told!

I guess in summary, it could be said, “ if you want the most expensive electronic High-Voltage Magnetic Radiation invention made anywhere in the world today, it is the Frequency machine, patented in Romania by a Medical Doctor, Professor, Dr. Pappas, and his big machine is effective to treat diseases, increase “Chi” Energy (and even cure cancer) so you could buy the Papimi device. I’m also disgusted by the lies being told on several other websites. No wonder the USDA, the FTC, and the Attorney General’s Offices are clamping down on various websites. Well known Dr, Hulda Clark was fined by the Federal District Court in San Francisco and paid a fine of $100,000 plus court costs and Attorney fees, and warned to stop making false claims on her websites, but she now is doing it again, by denying that the websites now promoting and selling her products are hers, but now she is soliciting funds for her non-existent “Hulda Clark University, another “sweet old lady’s” fraudulent dishonest claim! (You can’t sue me, Hulda; for you know what I say is the truth!)
The USDA is not the “big bad wolf that for no reason is trying to blow down our “Alternative House” as some promoters claim; the fact is that those who scream the loudest against Government rules and regulations are often the ones bilking the public by pretending there is some new breakthrough! Incidentally, Hulda Clark is not the first inventor of a “zapper”. There have been others, all the way back to the last 30 years of the 1800’s, when doctors treated patients with battery-power, or hand cranked generators, and electric needles,. until about 1908 when John D. Rockefeller took over the medical and drug manufacturing business and banned the use of electric energy treatment until the famous Dr. Royal Rife discovered how to combine the use of Radio-Frequency transmission with selected audio analog frequencies, RF Carrier waves, modulated by using audio frequencies, as a small radio station to kill disease organisms and cancers.

Dr. Overman said in his 400 page health book that this is the only zapper in the world that is powerful enough to penetrate and kill colon bacteria But the good bacteria are not killed, because positive is not affected by the positive pulses. The spinoff is that it improves your digestion and you can feel younger!
In conclusion, I want to appeal especially to Christian people. I have seen so many die pre-maturely from diseases and from cancer. These things are attacks of Satan. It is no more wrong or lack of faith for you yourself to try to heal your body than the common sense we use in locking our doors at night or in carrying auto insurance and using seat belts! “Trusting God” does not mean we should not do all we can to stay healthy.
